Control when my computer updates

I am restricted to 25gb per month, but I can download from 12 midnight to 4am without it counting towards my 25gb.

Is there any way I can tell my computer to do its updates only between 12 midnight and 4am?

You might be able to set a task for it. Not sure though so, wait for more replies.
