conhost.exe and ftp.exe*32

I got some problems, that conhost.exe and ftp.exe*32 is running like 20 times. Conhost.exe is in the Local Disc(C:)>Windows>System32 and the ftp.exe*32 is in Local Disc(C:)>Windows>SysWOW64
It slows the computer as hell and i don't know what to do.
I have Windows 7 Home Premiun 64 bit
Can anyone help me please

Try Process Explorer to find out which program is invoking the process. If you need the program, try uninstalling and reinstalling it, rebooting in between.

If you don't need the program, uninstall it altogether.
