Hi, when I shut down my PC last night, Windows automatically installed some updates, and this is usual. But when I turned my PC this morning it took about 3 times longer to start up and was on a screen before welcome saying "Configuring updates 3 of 3 - 0%" and then after about 2 minutes it jumped to 100% and completed. I'm sure that Windows is not going crazy etc haha, but I was just wondering If I can see or find out what is being installed/configured, and I wish it'd let me know before they start messing with my OS ~.~ haha.
Thanks

If you open Windows Update and select "View Update History" that will tell you what has/hasn't been installed.

Eeek, sorry I didn't see that before, thanks a lot though =). Erm just to go on a bit of a tangent, is Windows Defender good to leave and do it's own thing or is there any tweaks I can do with it to make it more efficient. Especially as all these updates are just for windows Defender ^^.
Thanks again.

Yep. Defender does it's own thing. No tweaks that I know of.
