can someone hack into your computer through your isp and see your facebook chat sessions with other people? surely, they would have to hack into the facebook servers to be able to do this.
can you contact your internet service provider and see if they can see if someone has hacked into your computer via isp? i did a google search and came up with some links that show you can type a certain code into notepad and it will pull up all isps.

You are correct. All ISP's and FaceBook keep records of your secessions.
Just taking a quick look at some of your most recent secessions, I would say that they are off base and your spelling is abit hard to read also.
I didn't bother to go back past a couple of months as I didn't have time.
By the way, some of your secessions are up on a foreign site??
Don't know why they are being re-transmitted from there too??
Believe I would call Road Runner and see what they could do for you.
