Compiz Fusion like plugins structure

Recreating it would be overkill, but a simple way to work with GDI and create plugins for it like the zoom (zooming with scrollwheel like zoomit but not just a screenshot) would allow great expansion upon it.

When you say for GDI, what do you mean?

I would really love to see somebody come up with some extensions to aero.
