How-To Geek

When I read articles(or posts) here at HTG, I also sometimes comment at some of them. But since there's no notification system in place for comments, as there is for posts. I sometimes am unaware if someone replied to a comment I made and therefore am unable to respond. So why not just make a new comment notifications section, just like how you guys do for forum posts? Or maybe you we can switch to a new comment system? - especially since third-party, free to implement and better comment systems like DISQUS are already available.

As yet another Moderator has had to to comment on another thread of yours,
for being so annoying, you are now on a 30 day ban.

I didn't ban him. Someone beat me to it (by seconds)

The decision was made after a short discussion between 3 mods; all 3 hit the button at the same time.
There were varying degrees of the time limit;
30 days
30 years
30 light years

The final result was the upper limit.

Also there was a bit of background research before the decision was made.
