I recently helped a couple combine two of their desktops into one desktop. The process went fine, everything booted. However, I put the Hard drives in and it will boot off HDD A and will not have the option of booting from HDD B. Furthermore, when I try to access HDD B's information (it does detect it in my computer) it says access denied. So two questions, how do I get past what's blocking me from transferring information and how do I get both hard drive's to boot?

With 2 HDD, I has to be set as master, the other as slave. Thus you can only boot from one (the master)
If the second is not set as slave (there is a tiny connector you have to move at the back of the disk itself) then it will not be recognized.
