Color of Address Bar in IE 7

I have Vista Home Premium and the address bar color is
Charcoal and hard for me to read the web addresses.
Seems that it was a Tan color which was easy to read.
Can someone help me change the color back to Tan? Thanks

Move the cursor over the IE address bar and it will whiten.
