Hi

What i want to do is use a program that is the same as "google doc's" but on an IPhone and a computer rather then two computers.
the program doesnt have to be as complex as google doc's it only has to have one user on at a time.

does anyone have any idea of a program i could use or a way i could have a document on both an IPhone and a computer (both with read and write privileges) ???
