I'm using and when I click on a link in a help page in Dreamweaver and Autocad, an IE window opens. I went into folder options and changed the URL extension to Firefox, but that doesn't work. Any ideas?

Try setting the default from Firefox.
In Firefox:
Click Tools
Click Options
Click Main if needed
Under "System Defaults" click "check now"
Click Yes on prompt to set as default browser.
