Hi, i used to have something but i cant remember the name of it, it used to check my computer was all up to date, i got that info from The-How To Geek and downloaded it, but i am now running Windows 7 before i was running Vista Ultimate, can you help me out?

I wouldn't go there. If your computer is running fine, then why risk problems with new updates all the time.

If it's running fine anyway, don't fix it....yet! Let win7 settle before you get 'spammed' with the updates. Watch the forum for info on this one,
