Cheap Gaming PC: Is this any good?

Hi! My brother is building a gaming PC while keeping costs down, and referred to me for advice. Is this any good for the latest games? (for 2 years at least):

AMD FX4100 x4 @ 3.6Ghz
2x Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)
HIS AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6670 1 GB GDDR5
WD Caviar Blue 500 GB (WD5000AAKX)
LG GH24NS71/GH24NS72
MSI 970A-G46
Cooler Master Elite 431
Corsair CMPSU-600GUK

Please suggest.

I'd go with 8gb of RAM and an SSD as well.

i like AMD, that specialize in gaming

which I commonly do on a daily basis.

I agree with getting an ssd if the budget allows, but have you thought about an Operating System?

He says he's got Windows 7 Home Premium. And no, SSDs are WAAY too expensive here in India, if you want to store more than one game. :P
