Changing Comfuser Properties page

I am running Vista Home Premium 64Bit.

When using the registry & I travel to: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion, I can change the ProductID key & see the results when I look at my Comfuser's Properties. But what, if anything, does changing the RegisteredOwner & RegisteredOrganization do?

Also, can I put a pic in the Comfuser's Properties page, as XP would let me do? If so, how? I cannot find Oeminfo.ini & Oemlogo.bmp I used in XP to accomplish this.

RegisteredOwner is the owner of the computer and RegisteredOrganization is that user's organization if the user has one.
The values were displayed in Windows XP's system properties.
In Windows XP and Vista they are sometimes used as defaults in software installers.
