The instructions to add the date to the taskbr does not work. It must be incomplete in the instructions or doesn't give correct or full information.
In W7, you must increase the size of the taskbar to show the date. The way to do this is to go into Taskbar properties, uncheck "Use small icons", and your date will appear.
