Change user's filename

Hi everyone,

I'm new in that forum (and in English so please tell/forgive me my mistakes if you want).
I wanted to change my user's file location (Contacts,Desktop,Download,...) but I made a mistake. Now, to go to the directory "%USERNAME%", I go to the directory "Contact" (the filename is contact)...
and during the installation, I made a mistake and my username %USERNAME% is wrong, I would like to change it but I don't know how. I first try to change the user account and then change the key RegisteredOwner in execute -> regedit -> HKEY_LOCALE_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / Microsoft / Windows NT / CurrentVersion but it doesn't change anything...
