In Ie7,it will not let you customize shortcuts you send to your desktop.like ie6 would let you do.How can I tweak this so they will not all look the same?

Are you trying to make them look like the site?

You should try setting the icon size to classic... also you can change the icon manually in the properties file.

I already tried the properties option but It will not let you change the ie 7shortcuts on the desk.That is the problem.

Here's what I see in my properties window:

If I'm using classic mode icons then the default one shows up, otherwise I can change it with the Change Icon button. These files are *.url files as well.

Are you using 64 bit Vista?
