Change back to the old website favicon!

I like how the website layout seems to be less cluttered and more simplified (most likely for mobile phones and tablets), but please revert back to the old favicon! The dark blue box with the white letters HTG is a little too generic. I think the old one is more fitting. Well that's my 2 cents on the matter.

The old one was blurry, and I didn't like it. Since favicons are always going to be 16x16, I needed to make a change to match our new design better.

If you can create a better one, go for it. Otherwise, I'll stick with the new one.
