Cell phone buffering

Hi,

T-Mobile is currently running commercials where they claim that there new 4g network eliminates pauses in video downloads caused by buffering. I have Verizon, and at least on my cell phone, pauses in video play caused by buffering or whatever, is a way of life. Does anyone know if T-Mobile really eliminates pauses in video play caused by buffering?
