And thanks Scott for those additions. I knew about CCenhancer, but didn't have the link at hand, so I skipped it ;)
I didn't know about the flash cookies. I've added that, but need to add a remark:
you have to add the exclusion first and then the inclusions, otherwise settings.sol does get deleted anyway!
