I haven't change anything with in my MS Office settings, but for a week now I am unable to Save or Save As any word document including those already on my desk top.
I have used repair and I have reinstalled to no avail.
Are there any suggestions? Is this a permissions issue, registry issue or a virus? I am at a lost

Locate Microsoft Word in your start menu, Hold down Ctrl and click it to open the program in a safe mode, type some giberish and try to save.
If it worked then the culprit is most likely an addon that thats been put in somehow.
If this is the case , close word and reopen the normal way then head to file>options>Add-ins
Start to disable anything none microsoft in the list, one by one and try saving things each time till you find the correct one thats causing the probelm.
If that didnt work post back with more details of you office edition(homestudent/business/pro).
Could also try giving us a screenshot of the add-in list.
