hi my pc have duelboot xp and windows 7 all on one hdd if im working on xp i can access anything on the other partitions but i can't save or delete any thing on them even on any flash drives i can't save anything because it just tells me the disk is write protected but if i'm working on win 7 i can do as i please on whatever partition or flash drive please tell me how to fix this on my xp thanks

You would have to change the permissions in Windows 7.

I'm not even sure changing permissions will work, it might be the way you have it set up with one having priority over the other.
