(Solved) - Can't Install IE9

After clicking the small exe that initiates the proper download the down;load progress bar gets about 15-20% across and stops. If I leave it long enough this log file is generated at C:\Windows\IE9_main.log.

These are the contents of it...can you see what's Wrong?:

I installed the update in the link shown in the log above and then hit the install button for the IE9 file and left it...the next time I lookd it was installed! This problem occured on two Vista laptops. It's been quite a testing period getting it on but I must say I like the speed improvement, visul minimalism and other touches. With MSE2 it's supposed to be pretty secure from what I've been reading...I like it so far...MS seem to be getting their act together for internet users! :)
