cant install games on VISTA

I just bought a new laptop for gaming but when I try to install the games on it, it will run all the to the end of the set up and then gives me an error code of 1935. my system is
TOSHIBA SATELLIT X2O5
INTEL DUO CORE T5450
2G RAM
VISTA HOME PREMIUM 32 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM.
