I have outlook 2007 on winXP pc and a few months ago I stopped getting emails from people with yahoo and hotmail email accounts....I have turned off all rules and added all of the senders to my safe senders list and still don't get their emails....they get mine (pop3) but I cannot receive theirs and they don't get any kind of returned mail notification.....I used to be able to get mail from them but not for the last 4 or 5 months....I've checked all spam filters and such but it could be a pop or imap setting that I don't know about....any help is appreciated

Hi mysticgeek.........I don't have a hotmail or yahoo account....mine is through roadrunner....but other people that have hotmail or yahoo accounts are the ones who I cannot receive mail FROM........I used to get emails from them but now can't....I will send thelink to them and maybe they can do the steps on their end to allow me to get their emails once again......thanks
