Hi. I have recently installed Windows XP home on my computer. But I cannot find Run on the start menu there is a list of items. Shut down, search, help and support, settings etc, but no RUN!
Has anybody out there got any suggestions how I can fix this problem.
Many thanks

If you do want it back in the Start menu as well, then I'm sure one of the XP geeks will oblige. It is just a matter of checking a box in the Start Menu properties, Customize, Advanced. But I do not know the exact wording.

I'll oblige, Right click on the task bar and select Properties. From there click on the advanced tab and scroll down, check the box next to "Run Command"
