Can't Change Startup Programs

My "Disable" and "Delete" control buttons are greyed out in Vista's S/W Explorer (Startup Programs). Can't stop programs from starting at boot. I can with MSconfig. How can I enable the buttons in S/W Explorer?

Make sure you are logged on as Administrator.
