(Solved) - cant access safemode? :(

when i want to reboot my pc in safemode, but i dont know how to
none of the shortcuts work such as F8, F4, how do i get into safemode?
pls help

i cant access the boot menu, instead it goes to a blue screen.
pls help

for the boot menu you need to get into the Bios its usually boot up the computer and tap delete. Check here and find your computer will tell you what key to use.
