(Solved) - cannot use log on

On some sites when i click the log on link button a poined finger hand with a yellow starburst and exclaimation mark in the centre pops up and i cannot log on. What is this and how can i disable it? It is some kind of warning symbol I think but how can i get past it. anybody please

I cannot get it to paste from print screen onto this page possibly because its a bank website..any how when I right click and chose open it does it, but it should just open automatically when I click on the login button...weird

Are you using trusteer rapport by any chance? if so disable temporarily.

Strange as trustee rapport has never given me any jip in the past, thanks for the tip, much appreciated
