webcam error "Cannot instantiate filtergraph"

my a4tech webcam before is working fine but when my mom use it, got an error message "Cannot instantiate filtergraph" i searched for solutions but not successful, can you help me guys? I'm using windows 7, Thanks...

I uninstall and reinstall the driver and software but still having the same ptoblem, what should i DO?

Kind of hard to give a solution because don't know what went wrong after the equipment was working OK.
