(Solved) - Can you have an alternate format on an "additional clock"?

I have a Vista, and I know you can have an additional clock so when you mouse over the clock, it will show it. But I want to know if I can set a alternate format(24 format) JUST to the other clock.

Depends on the software in the alternate clock. There are many available. I have several copies of the clock that works on the sidebar each set to a different time zone.
