(Solved) - Can this HTG link be modified??

Hi there ,
I was checking the following link on your site :http://www.howtogeek.com/11938.....dont-know/
Concerning the "Drag and Drop Files to Change the Current Path"
In the CMD the user should type : cd
then drag and drop the folder and open it .(Note that he should press Spacebar after "cd" then drag and drop)
Otherwise it will not work if u just drag and drop it like shown in the tutorial.
