Windows color scheme only changes borders of windows.

Best bet is to install Firefox ( www.getfirefox.com ).

You'll have a plethora of theming options, with hundreds of tweaks including button size.

Many here use it and would be more than happy to offer assistance.

Thanks.Got it already.Just trying to customize IE,but a couple things can't be tweaked.Did find winzip prog. to drop buttons under menu bar.But can't find any tricks on buttons-to- squares or skin color change.

I think its a matter of time...and patience. When you see the theme/skinable options that are available in XP, in due time Vista will have as many if not more options.
