I have a Windows 7 computer and a Windows Vista computer that I was able to set up so I could connect to the other day. Today after both computers were turned off and then on again, I can no longer connect. The other computer shows up in the Network but I can no longer connect.

Going through a router?
Did you change any settings on any computer after you had connected?
Are you getting any errors? Check the Event Viewer.
Find the IP Address of each computer, open a COMMAND prompt and then IPCONFIG /ALL to get the IP addresses. Then from each machine at the COMMAND PROMPT do a NET VIEW and post the results here. Also do a NET VIEW \\IP ADDRESS where IP ADDRESS is the address of the other computer in the form of xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx and post that here.
