Can neighbors tap into my wireless Turbo Hub?

I am getting billed an extra $25. a month for using my Turbo Hub and I never download music or videos or movies, all I do is play Facebook games. If it is possible that my neighbors can tap in to use Internet would you please explain in detail what I should be doing, I'm not too savy when it comes to these things. Thank you in advance.

cuscus, you need to look at your package and how it is setup

Is your security set so only you as a user have access?
'all I do is play Facebook games' uses resources and will add to the bill above and beyond your limit
