Can I reinstall Win7 Using my Win7 upgrade disc & my friends OEM Prod KEY?

I remember a thread here where someone said that some sort of licensing information was held there.

when you use an image, does the recipient PC use the Windows default drivers instead of the ones from the machine that the image was made from?

As for drivers, yes it does. But as they are mostly generic MS ones, it all works. Where I have drivers for special needs, they are all on the image. So no biggy.

LH - on these hundreds of computers that you have installed Win7 in this manner, do you check for the latest bios and update first?
