i saw an article before about labeling a program/folder, like putting a description on what an installer is for. i can't seem to remember the title of article.

it was a an article by Mysticgeek, but i found it already, http://blogs.howtogeek.com/mys.....-for-what/ . but i can't seem to make it work, i don't have the summary tab in any of my files' properties.

In Windows XP the summery tab appeared for many different files and stored the data in NTFS Alternate Data Streams (ADS).
Due to the fact that the NTFS ADS Info couldn't transfer to other file systems and thus not a reliable method of keeping information about an object Windows Vista stores the information inside the actual file.
Unfortunately, that method isn't supported for as many file types.
Some of those types include JPEG images, MPG and WMA audio.
It does not include exe, zip, mov, mpg and other types that it would be helpful to add extra information to.
