I really need help understanding how someone can have a text CONVERSATION with someone and make it look like all the text messages came from my phone number. I also really need to know how to prove that those text messages didn't come from me. Thanks in advance for any help I can get.

Is there any way to prove it's not sent from the phone? The only way I can figure to prove this can be done is to actually send a spoof text.

Your phone provider should have records of all calls and text messages, unless it is a pay as you go phone.

You can check the phones Sent messages option if it has one.

There was supposedly a whole back and conversation that took place and all the messages had my friend's number but my friend isn't the on that had the conversation. The spoof thing is a one time message thing.

As Warlock says, contact your provider and ask them to look into it.
