I'm figuring out specs for a new computer that's going to run esxi and have multiple VM's I'm trying to decide on the processor to get. Would like something that doesn't use much power and can support 64 bit virtual machines.
So far I'm thinking 24 GB ram, once I figure out the processor I would like I will decide on the mainboard

Hi, please be a bit patient regarding your last 2 posts, cos none of our hardware experts are online at the moment.

Hi,

whats the budget here? thats always the key question.
this will decide on whether to get a 2 CPU board or a 1 CPU board.
