Hey guys this is what i have so far -

CPU - AMD PHENOM II BLACK EDITION - http://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-HD.....#38;sr=1-1

MOTHERBOARD - ASUS M5A78L-M AM3+ UP TO 16GB DDR3 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-M.....#38;sr=1-1

RAM - CORSAIR 8GB 1600 MHZ DDR3 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsai.....ters_img_z

CASE - GALAXY 3 MID TOWER WITH A 450W PSU - http://www.amazon.co.uk/DESKTO.....#38;sr=1-1

HD - SAMSUNG 1TB 5400 RPM SATA 2.5 INCH - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsun.....#38;sr=1-9

GRAPHICS CARD - open to opinions.

Please don't be an arse if i've got this horrendously wrong and wouldn't work.

Positive criticism and opinions are greatly appreciated, its my first project and i need all the help i can get :D

Hi BigDave,

The MB is a bit out dated as it has PCI slots.
Really needs to be all PCIe Slots.

Need a 650 Watt Power Supply if you buy a nice Video Card.

The HD you picked is 2.5 inch for laptops.
Need a 3.5 @7200 RPM for desktops.

Give it another go and see what you come up with.

Haha i knew i'd screw up somewhere, this is why i turn to you guys for help.

Thanks raphoenix.. i wonder why pc part picker didnt point that out... hmm lol.

pc part picker is not that reliable.

Is good to use to get organized but not very informational.
