Besides the ram upgrade, does everything else look descent and compatible?

I already have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. This build is basically just for surfing the internet and saving photos and videos. It is overkill for it will actually be used for. He doesnt care about looks, strictly for performance. Just a basic build.
