BOOTMGR IS MISSING???

Hi,and thanks in advance for help, i recently had to take apart my laptop to fix the power jack(it broke off), after i did all this work when i put it back together
and started it i got the dreaded BOOTMGR IS MISSING message, i have no backup copy of Windows7 all i can possibly do is make a copy from the laptop im using now. any help is greatly needed!
