I'm experiencing un-crisp, slightly blurry text in some instances on my HP Pavilion g4-2275dx running Windows 8. The graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD 7520G. ClearType is enabled, and morphological filtering is off.

I get the blurry text on some webpages in Internet Explorer (i.e. Facebook), the titles on tabs in Firefox, and the middle pane of the Mail and Yahoo! Mail apps (where it has the list of all of my emails).

How can I resolve this issue?

Thanks for the link. That page is actually for a different line of notebooks (the Pavilion dv7 series), but I've already followed the possible solutions in it. I'm using the most up-to-date driver for my graphics card, and I've tried every resolution (the problem persists in all of them).

It's only text that's blurry (and only some text at that).

Unfortunately, no, it doesn't. I think it must be more than an IE setting though, since it's occurring in other applications as well.

Sorry, I forgot about this thread. I do have "Clear Type" selected.
