From time to time (I would say about once every two weeks) when I start up my Vista PC, (Dell Inspiron 531), when Windows loads up a blue screen cromes up saying that Windows discovered an error and had to shut down. It tells me to check if any new software or hardware was installed correctly, but often I have not newly installed either. This has happened ever since I bought my new PC a few months ago, so I thought I'd ask on a forum before sending it back ^^ to see if it can be fixed.
When I restart the computer, a small "Windows has discovered an error" window pops up, and says that it will check online for solutions next time I am online, but it doesn't. In the Details section of this box if says the following:
"Problem signature:

Files that help describe the problem:

C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-46379-0.sysdata.xml
C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\Temp\WER2F1A.tmp.version.txt"
I cannot find any of those files on my C:/ so I am a bit stuck. I am new here and it would be great if anyone could offer me some help, thank ou very much!
Deney.
