blue screen in sleep mode

when i come back to my computer after being in sleep mode, it has shut down completely. i'll power it up and get this message:

Hi!, It happened to me all the time with Vista after SP1. It had to do with Ethernet card driver although I had the latest version. It's gone after SP2. This won't help, it's just common problem even before Win 7.

it tells me to look in the memorydump or minidump (the word mini was in there somewhere) but the file was always empty. it was also windows7 64bit on the dell xps420 which is the same computer that found my way to this site a year and a half ago. i just reformatted and put 32bit on it. the other computer with 64bit runs perfectly, i'm sure its a dell thing
