i created a XP boot disc wit nlite and the proceeded wit XP installation(on my hp laptop wit pre-vista installed)....
the disc were formated and the setup files were copied and comp restarted....
but it dint take me to the next installtion setup rather it showed a screen saying "STOP 0*0000007E " and tht windows had to shut down to prevent damage ..

i had tried the solution mentioned in the above link, still facing the same issue. i am having windows xp sp2 which i'm trying to install into my vist system
