My grandma and her kid is coming to my house for a few days because of the holiday,
How am i going to internet while she open like, 30 tabs at once?
And i need to block her from opening youtube, (or just block everything exept 3 laptop and a few handphone)
Question : How i can do that?

by setting her up with her own user account and configure it appropriately.

Don't worry about the number of tabs open. My main computer can have maybe hundreds open, and it doesn't affect the speed of the other computers in the house.

If I'm reading this right the OP is asking how to stop the device(s) that grandma and her kid bring with them and connect wirelessly. Therefor YouTube would have to be blocked at the router.
