May i know is there any free application or how to block all website expect company & few website are allow

Don't know what O/S your running but have you looked at the parental control software. This is very good for stopping the young ones from visiting unfavorable sites.

If you only want a few websites to be viewed you could use the Whitelist Only approach in the Content Advisor of Internet Explorer which means Block-Everything-Except-What-I-Allow. Make sure you restrict the privileges of all users as well and don't allow system modifications or program installations. Let IE be the only browser.
