(Solved) - Blackberry will not send our email messages from yahoo

My Blackberry hand set keeps bouncing back my messages to me rather sending it out to the recipients on yahoo. Funny enough the same does not happen on hotmail or gmail. I took it to the shop where I bought it, they too did not know what is responsible. Please help. Dipo

My Blackberry hand set keeps bouncing back my messages to me rather sending it out to the recipients on yahoo. It is Blackberry Bold 9650. On the few ocassions messages get sent out, the recipient received in in ASCI or Hexadecimal language. Funny enough the same does not happen on hotmail or gmail. I took it to the shop where I bought it, they too did not know what is responsible. Please help. Dipo

Hi Dipo ,

Welcome to HTG ,

There is a known issue with yahoo sending/receiving emails on Blackberry but it is a yahoo issue not a bb one.

Do you get any error codes reported ?

Thank you HTG, no error codes reported. But it is comforting to know that the problem is from yahoo side not Blackberry. Once again thank you for your input.
