BitDefender Free Edtion Windows 7 Driver incompatibility

I am busy installing Bitdefender Free Edition on Windows 7. I got a taskbar popup that read that the dbfdll.sys driver is ncompatible. Does anyone know if a compatible driver is available or if that driver is essential?
