I'd like to add a couple of sites I like.
http://www.updatexp.com/ - by Marc Liron. He has a newsletter for Vista & XP, and is Microsoft certified.

http://www.grc.com/securable.htm - Steve Gibson's site, also expert in Microsoft and software. Do some
searching when you have TIME, because you may stay there for quite a while.
